Physical work demands one thing above all: proper sleep. Our newly furnished rooms sit in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim, far from busy through-roads, railway lines and hotel corridors that stay noisy late into the night. Soundproofed windows and fixed quiet hours from 11 pm make sure you are genuinely fit in the morning — something our guests confirm in review after review.
The beds are comfortable, rooms are thoroughly cleaned between guests, and bed linen and towels are of course included. Each room also has a kettle, coffee and tea, and there is a shared fridge in the house: the after-work beer stays cold, and the first coffee before the early shift costs nothing extra.
Bakeries for a quick breakfast are a few minutes' walk away in the old centre of Gerresheim, along with supermarkets for supplies and casual restaurants for the evening.
Park without searching, arrive without stress
Your car or van parks free of charge right on the premises — no parking disc, no garage fees, no morning hunt for a space in a residential area. Tools and materials can stay in the vehicle overnight; the neighbourhood is quiet and attentive.

Your company pays? On request we issue a proper invoice for the employer. And if the assignment is extended or postponed, one call is enough: as a privately run guesthouse we decide quickly and without bureaucracy — no hotline, no hold music.

Yes, the free parking spaces are right at the house and accommodate vans too. No reservation needed.

What if we arrive late?
Check-in is possible daily until midnight, and later by phone arrangement. Just give us a short heads-up.
Can I wash work clothes?
Washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement — a real advantage over hotels, especially on longer assignments.
