By car you reach the fairgrounds by the Rhine in about 20 minutes; DUS airport lies just beyond and takes 20–25 minutes. Your car parks free at our house — skip the €20+ per day fairground garage and the morning queues around the parking guidance system.
Without a car, bus and train get you to the fair and downtown reliably. Or book our shuttle service for a fee: we take you to the fair in the morning, pick you up in the evening or drive you to the airport — with a client stop on the way if needed.
Stand party or client dinner in the Old Town? Check-in is possible until midnight, later by arrangement. Just let us know.
How to plan your fair stay smartly
Enquire early: during flagship fairs like K, MEDICA or drupa, Düsseldorf sells out months ahead — including our few rooms. If you know the fair dates, enquire right after they are published.
Split the team: for stand crews we combine single and double/family rooms (up to 2–3 people). Everyone gets a proper bed, and the company often saves several hundred euros per person and week compared to fair-time hotel rates.
